How do I integrate my phone with Sugar CRM?

To integrate your phone with the Sugar CRM, you just have to follow a few easy steps:

  1. Sign into your Sugar CRM administrator account.
  2. Sign into your Ringover administrator account.
  3. In Sugar CRM, click on the Admin menu.
  4. Select “Configure API Platforms”.
  5. Type the name Ringover and click “Save”.
  6. On this page, click the activate button next to Sugar CRM.
  7. Enter the URL and login details for your Sugar CRM administrator account, then click “Activate”.
  8. Customize the integration settings to your taste.

Agents will also benefit from the automation of after-call work like call logging and tagging, so they’ll no longer spend time on these tedious tasks. Plus, data is automatically synchronized between the two software, you’ll never enter the same information twice.

How do I integrate Ringover with Sugar CRM?

Integrating your phone with the Sugar CRM is a snap. Just follow these steps:

  1. Verify you’re signed into your Sugar CRM administrator account.
  2. Do the same for your Ringover administrator account.
  3. Click on the Sugar CRM’s Admin menu.
  4. Choose “Configure API Platforms”.
  5. Enter “Ringover” in the text box and select “Save”.
  6. Navigate to this page and click “Activate” next to Sugar CRM.
  7. When prompted, copy and paste the URL and login for your Sugar CRM administrator account, then select “Activate”.
  8. At this point, you can customize the Sugar CRM-Ringover integration settings for your needs.
