Integrating Ringover in Sellsy

The integration of your calls into Sellsy CRM allows you to:
- synchronise your Sellsy contacts in Ringover
- call back your customers in 1 click by clicking on their phone number from Sellsy
- have logs of all calls in your client files
- listen to recorded conversations (you'll need to activate this option beforehand in your Ringover account) in Sellsy
- listen to your clients’ voicemails in Sellsy
- access the customer record when a call comes in with 1 click


Notes:
- The integration must be done by an account with administrator rights 👨💼 on Ringover and on Sellsy
- The integration will be functional for all users of your Ringover team if the email addresses 📧 are identical on both platforms (Ringover email = Sellsy email)
