Call Park
Call Parking:
no missed handoffs, ever.
Place any active call into a shared parking room so any colleague can retrieve it instantly — from any device, with a single code.
What is Call Parking?
Call Parking lets you move an active call into a numbered shared room. The caller hears hold music while any teammate — from any device — retrieves it with a simple dial code. Available on the Ringover web app and SIP phones.
Park a call in seconds
During an active call, click Transfer, open the Contacts tab, and type a parking code — e.g. *842 for room 42. Click the room name to instantly move the call. The caller hears hold music.
Any teammate retrieves it instantly
No need to coordinate in real time. Any team member dials the parking code (e.g. *842) from their Ringover Dialer and the parked call connects automatically.
Shared rooms, simple rules
Rooms 1–99 are auto-created and shared team-wide. They cannot be renamed. Parked calls that nobody retrieves disconnect automatically after 3 hours.

What happens if no one retrieves a parked call?
