Integrating Ringover in Microsoft Dynamics

Notes:
- You need a Ringover Power account 💳 to take advantage of the Dynamics phone system integration
- This integration must be performed by a Ringover account administrator 👨‍💼 with Dashboard access.
- This integration must be performed by a Dynamics account administrator 👨‍💼.

💻 Go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/integrations and click “activate” across from “Dynamics”:

Enter your Dynamics environnement’s URL

Customize the integration to fit your needs


Step 2: Add Ringover in Microsoft Dynamics


Part 1 : Install Channel Integration Framework


Go to “Settings >> Solutions”

Then choose “Get Solutions from Marketplace

The “AppSource” opens, search for “Channel Integration Framework” and “Get it now”

Accept Microsoft’s terms

Choose the org you want to install it to
Once installed, the app will appear on your app list


Part 2 : Set up Channel Integration Framework


Go to “Channel Integration Framework” app
Click “New”

Set up as follow

Be sure to select the apps you want Ringover to appear in and to select the roles


Click Save

Now the Ringover dialer appears on the right side of the screen

You can now make/receive calls from this dialer. Your calls will automatically be logged on the contact details pages.


Part 3 : Enable click2call


Go to “Settings >> Administration” then "System Settings"

Under General, tab Choose "Skype for business/Link" instead of "Skype"
