- You must have Ringover POWER plan to be able to use the integration.
- The RingOver admin should set up the integration through the Ringover dashboard
- For the integration to work properly, your Ringover email addresses must match your Zoho email addresses
Go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/integrations
then click "Activate" in front of "Zoho Phonebridge"
Enter your Zoho credentials (they are not sent to Ringover) and validate.
Then click "Accept"
Customize the integration to fit your needs.
will set Ringover as the default phone provider for your Zoho account
will add a green icon next to phone numbers allowing users to call customers in one click. Works only when Ringover agent's email address matches Zoho email address
"Activate call controller from zoho"
will allow agents to use the Zoho dialer buttons during the call (PickUp/HangUp/Hold/Mute). Works only when Ringover agent's email address matches Zoho email address
The integration is done!
Now, your call logs, voicemails and call recordings are automatically added to your Zoho contacts pages.
Migrate from Ringover - ZohoCRM integration (V2) to Ringover - ZohoPhoneBridge integration (V3)
Existing customer needs to follow the below steps to get migrated from Ringover - ZohoCRM integration (V2) to Ringover - ZohoPhoneBridge integration (V3)
Disable existing Ringover - ZohoCRM integration from Ringover dashboard.
Once they disable the integration from Ringover dashboard., In Zoho CRM under Setup > Channels > Telephony , "Enable PhoneBridge" will be available. Administrator have to click on "Enable PhoneBridge" to enable PhoneBridge for their Organization .
Then Customer could enable Ringover - ZohoPhoneBridge integration from Ringover dashboard.
