Integrating Ringover in Intercom

Notes :
- You’ll need a Ringover Power account 💳 in order to access the Intercom telephony integration.
- This integration needs to be installed by a Ringover account administrator ‍👨‍💼 with access to the Dashboard.

đź’» Go to your settings by clicking on your avatar at the top right of your interface, then selecting "Settings".

In the “CRM Configuration" section, select “Intercom” and then enter your Intercom login details:

Once you’ve logged in, Ringover will request access to your Intercom account. Click on “Authorize access”:

By clicking the “Intercom” logo again in your account settings, you can choose whether or not to sync your contacts:

The integration is now active! You can customize it to suit your needs.

đź’» To do this, simply head over to and configure your integration however you like:

There you go: Ringover is now integrated in Intercom! 🎉
