Press Release
October 8th, 2026
AI-powered communications and conversational intelligence platform Ringover has launched Meet.us, a new secure AI video meeting platform designed specifically for sales and recruiting teams, and now available to all US customers.
Meet.us brings video meetings, AI support and conversation intelligence into a single environment, supporting teams before, during and after customer and candidate conversations. It can prepare users for upcoming meetings, provide live coaching and suggested responses during calls, automate follow-up and CRM updates, and analyze conversations to surface insights for teams and managers.
Unlike AI meeting assistants that sit on top of third-party video platforms, Meet.us is Ringover’s own meeting environment, with AI built directly into the platform and no third-party bot needs to join calls; all participants are notified and asked for consent when recording and AI features are active. With all data and AI processing handled within Ringover’s own infrastructure, businesses retain greater control over the potentially sensitive customer and commercial information contained within conversations.
The launch builds on Ringover’s existing use of AI across its cloud communications platform, including conversational intelligence platform Empower and its real-time AI coaching assistant, AIRO Coach. As an ISO 27001-certified software provider, Ringover has designed Meet.us to reduce the growing number of tools and administrative tasks surrounding sales conversations, while helping businesses extract more intelligence from what their customers are saying.
From video meeting to sales intelligence
Video meetings are now a routine part of sales and recruitment, from initial customer and candidate conversations through to negotiation and placement. But teams often rely on general-purpose collaboration platforms alongside separate tools for AI note-taking and conversation analysis.
This can leave businesses managing multiple providers and logins, while meeting recordings and data move between different systems. AI note-taking tools can also appear as separate participants on customer calls, despite typically adding value only once the meeting is underway or has ended.
Ringover previously brought its AI capabilities into third-party video meetings through Live AI Coach, its real-time conversational coaching assistant. With Meet.us, it has instead built its own video meeting platform, allowing AI to sit at the heart of the meeting experience rather than being added through a third-party tool.
By owning and controlling the underlying infrastructure, Ringover also controls how meeting data is captured, processed and protected. No external bot is required to enter the meeting, while all data stays within Ringover’s infrastructure.
Meet.us also connects video meetings with Ringover’s wider conversational intelligence offering. Alongside Ringover’s cloud telephony for business calls, conversations held through Meet.us can be analyzed through Empower, giving businesses a broader view of the customer and candidate conversations taking place across their teams.
AI support before, during and after every sales conversation
Before a meeting begins, Meet.us provides the salesperson with an AI-generated briefing covering the purpose of the conversation, the status of the sales opportunity, potential risks, and the role and communication profile of each participant. It also provides recommendations on how to approach the conversation.
During the meeting, AI handles note-taking so the salesperson can focus on the customer. If an objection comes up, Meet.us can privately surface suggested responses and relevant information on screen without the buyer seeing them.
Sales managers can also follow their team’s meetings in progress, see who is waiting to join and privately send advice to a salesperson during the conversation without the customer hearing.
Once the meeting ends, Meet.us automatically prepares a summary, follow-up email and next steps, while updating the CRM. Meetings remain accessible to the wider team, with key moments and topics highlighted, while dashboards allow managers to track sales activity and individual performance.
“ A salesperson should only have one thing to do in a meeting: sell. Today, they spend part of the meeting taking notes and part of their evening updating their CRM, using tools that weren’t designed for sales. With Meet.us, we’ve built our own meeting platform so AI can take care of these tasks before, during and after every meeting. That means salespeople can focus on the relationship with the customer, while their conversations and data stay secure and under their control. “
