How do you connect Ringover to Claap?

The connection relies on three elements: a Ringover API key, a Webhook Key linked to the Call Event, and a Webhook URL generated by Claap that must be entered into Ringover. Claap requires authorized access to call events in order to retrieve recorded conversations a few minutes after they end.

Where can you find the Ringover API key to integrate telephony with Claap?

The API key is generated directly from your Ringover Dashboard, in the API section. You need to create a new API Key, select the relevant profile, assign it a name, and enable Monitoring as well as all Read permissions.

What is the purpose of the webhook in the Claap x Ringover integration?

The webhook automatically sends Ringover call data to Claap once the call is completed. Claap provides a Webhook URL, which must then be pasted into the After-Call Work section of the Call Event in Ringover. This is the step that actually triggers the automation.
