Why move away from Spoke Phone?

You need a more complete solution

Spoke Phone offers a rather complete solution. However, their packages are based on how many basic users, standard users or pro users you want. Their packages also do not include BYO SIP Trunks, extra phone numbers or certain CRM integrations. Some of them can be purchased at an extra cost, but if you want these features, other more complete solutions can be found on the market.

Pros

Spoke Phone offers a wide range of features.

Cons

Spoke Phone’s packages do not meet the needs of all small businesses.

You need more affordable pricing

Spoke Phone’s pricing can get quite expensive, considering their small business plan is $99 for one to four users. Then, it costs $2 to add phone numbers and $25 to add users, which can add up. Their custom plans require a minimum $400 of user licenses per month. Their wide range of features come at a steep cost, and other solutions exist on the market that offer more competitive prices.

Pros

Spoke Phone has an ideal plan for 4 users.

Cons

Spoke Phone’s prices are expensive compared to others on the market.

You need something easy to use and set up

Business communication has a history of being complicated. It is important to choose a modern solution that is easy to start and simply to use. You should be able to set up a cloud phone system in 3 to 5 minutes and a more advanced contact center solution within 15 minutes. If this is not the case with Spoke Phone, it would be best to look for another provider so you don’t waste time in complex implementation.
