Porting fees are one-off and depend on the country and on the kind of number. N/A means that kind of number cannot be ported. Porting a number does not exempt it from the setup fee, which is charged as well.

Receiving a call is free and unlimited on these numbers. Only a toll-free number costs its owner, who pays for every minute received on it: see the toll-free numbers tab.

Receiving an SMS is free, whatever country the message is sent from.

A toll-free number costs the caller nothing: its owner pays the setup fee, the monthly fee and every minute received on it. The numbers listed are the prefixes each country offers.

Rates depend on the country of your Ringover number: a number located in the EEA or the UK is not billed like a number located in the United States, in Canada or outside the EEA.

Call forwarding to an external number is billed at the call rate of the country reached, with a minimum of 0.03 {c} per minute.

A call to a Swiss mobile from a Swiss number falls outside the unlimited destinations and is charged 0.09 {c} per minute.

A penalty of 0.08 {c} per minute is added to the rate of calls placed through call automation systems.

MMS are charged 0.05 {c} per message sent or received, on the Business and Advanced plans.

Sending SMS from a United States number involves registration fees charged by third parties, not by Ringover: $4 per brand application (TCR), $15 per campaign vetting (Bandwidth), then $1.50 or $10 a month depending on volume, on a three month minimum. Carriers may also fine non-compliant senders.

WhatsApp is billed per template message sent, at the rate of the destination of the number written to, whatever the template carries: marketing, utility or authentication. A destination that is not listed is not available.

The AI agent (Airo) is billed by the minute, whatever the country called. 60 minutes are free every month, no activation fee, and minutes used beyond a plan are billed at the pay as you go rate.

Plans are quoted per user and per month, excluding tax, from three users up. The annual price is billed once a year and carries a twelve month commitment; the monthly price is billed every month.

Add-ons are only available on a commitment contract, and each Ringover site sells its own: the list below is the one of this site’s add-ons page, quoted in the currency that page publishes.

Rates are shown in {c}, the currency this site bills in. Ringover quotes the same call, SMS and special number grid in each currency, and the rates of the other two are published on the Ringover sites that bill in them.

All rates are shown excluding tax. Number and porting fees are shown per number.
