In order to install the integration, make sure you meet the following conditions:
You’ll need a Ringover Power💳 account in order to use this integration.
The integration should be installed by a Ringover administrator account 👨💼.
The integration should be installed by a Help Scout administrator account 👨💼.
Step 1: Activation
💻 Head to the Ringover Dashboard.
In order to launch the integration, you will need to click on “Activate”, opposite “Help Scout” and then authorize the permissions.
Step 2: Configuration in Ringover
The integration will be activated by default for all agents with identical email addresses on Ringover and Help Scout. You can also match accounts with different emails:
Select the Help Scout mailbox you want to use to log Ringover calls There you go, your integration is all sorted. You’ll now find your calls recorded as conversations in your Help Scout mailbox! 🎉
