Which headset should I use?
To use Ringover from your computer, you'll need a microphone and speakers for making and receiving calls. The Ringover team recommends that you use a headset for better comfort.We highly recommend the Jabra Evolve 80, or the more affordable Sennheiser PC8.
Which types of phone are compatible?
Ringover allows you to use a SIP phone.
We recommend you use one with the Opus Audio HD or G711 codec for optimal sound quality.
The team’s preference is the Yealink T42S.
How can I make calls to out-of-plan destinations?
Once a number has been dialed, the destination will be displayed, immediately showing you if it is included in your plan or not.
If the destination is not included, the rate by the minute will be indicated.
My team uses a CRM. Can I link it to Ringover?
Of course! We provide native integrations with the most popular CRMs and Helpdesks on the market. You can also integrate Ringover to your internal tools thanks to our API and webhooks. Information on our developments can be consulted here.
