You have the option of forwarding your calls to a colleague in case you don’t answer, or unconditionally.
This function is very useful, especially if you have set up an on-call service to handle calls that occur outside of your phone reception hours
? Go to https://myringover.com/settings
Under the call forwarding section, choose the type of forwarding (in case you don’t answer, or always forward the call), then select "To a user" from the drop-down menu ?. Select the name of one of your colleagues. The cursor will automatically switch to green ✅:
? Your transferred calls will appear in your call log.
Your calls will now be automatically transferred to the selected colleague according to your settings!
