Conversational AI for ActiveCampaign

The integration connects Empower by Ringover with ActiveCampaign so conversational insights can be accessed directly within your CRM. Empower can automatically synchronise call transcriptions, AI-generated summaries, conversation analysis, and next steps with the relevant ActiveCampaign records, giving teams richer context around interactions with customers and prospects.

By bringing conversation intelligence into ActiveCampaign, Empower gives sales teams easier access to the information captured during calls without requiring them to listen back to recordings or manually write detailed notes.

Reps can review summaries, key conversation insights, and recommended next steps alongside CRM information, helping them prepare more personalised follow-ups and keep important details from customer and prospect conversations accessible. Automating these post-call tasks can also reduce administrative work and give teams more time to focus on selling.

An administrator can connect ActiveCampaign from the Integrations section of the Ringover dashboard. The setup requires the ActiveCampaign environment URL and API key, which can be retrieved from the Developer settings in ActiveCampaign.

Once the integration has been activated and configured, Empower Insights can be enabled so that call transcriptions and summaries are added to the relevant ActiveCampaign call history. A summary and a link to the complete transcription can then be accessed from the activity record. A Ringover Business account, administrator access to both platforms, and enabled call recording are required for the integration.
