Your customers can't hear you very well

If the person on the other end has trouble hearing you during a call 📢, go to your Windows "Sound" control panel. ⚙

Under the "Communications" tab 💬, select "Do nothing":


Under the "Recording" tab ⏺ click on your microphone, then in the Advanced section of "Properties", check the 2 boxes under "Exclusive mode":


Next, under "Levels"🔊, set your microphone at 100:


Your correspondent should now be able to hear you correctly on your next call. 👌
