Step 1: Create a conference


💻 Go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/conferences and click on “Create a conference”. You can then give your conference a name 💬 as well as an access code 🔓, a maximum number of participants and entry and exit chimes:

💡 To validate, click on the “x” at the top right to exit the field 📝 (your settings will be saved).


Step 2: Assign a number to the conference


You’ll next need to assign a number to the conference to activate it. ✅

To do this, click on the “+” button below the box reading “no number associated.” From the drop-down menu, select a number and click “Assign number” :

The conference line is now active, and participants may join simply by dialling the number you have assigned it. 👌
