💻 Go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/ivrs.

Click on the IVR for which you want to set up cascading calls, then select the scenario to be modified🖊️.


Step 2 - Set up call cascades on your IVR


In the "Forward calls" section, select "Cascading," then indicate how you want incoming calls to be distributed (random or predetermined).

Then add the users to which you want calls to be distributed. 👤 If you've chosen a predetermined distribution order, add users in the order in which you want them to receive calls.


Now you know how to set up call cascades on your IVR in order to efficiently distribute your incoming calls.🎉
