Customizing your background

A Ringover account administrator must first authorize the "Customize interface" option in order to allow users to modify the background of their Ringover interfaces without affecting those of their colleagues.

Step 1: Authorize background customization


You must be an administrator in order to authorize background customization 🖌️ for users.

💻 Go to https://myringover.com/settings.

In the "Customize interface" section, click on the cursor next to "Custom backgrounds" to switch it to green 🖊️:

💡 If you don't want to enable your users to customize their backgrounds, you can set your team's default background yourself. To do this, click on the image next to "Default company background image" and load the image of your choice.

💻 Go to https://myringover.com/settings.

In the "Customize interface" section, click on the image next to "Personal background" and load your own image 🖊️:

This image will be applied only to the background your Ringover interface. 👌
