Keep track of your agents’ status

Support Home page > Supervision tools > Keep track of your agents’ status
🖥️ Go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/ to find out the real-time status of your agents.

You’ll then be able to see which agents are available, on the line, unavailable or signed out.

In the left column, you’ll see the users who are available or on a call as well as the device they’re using 📱 (web interface, mobile app, etc.)
IheTright column shows the agents who are signed out 🛑or on "Snooze” as well as the reason for their unavailability.

Now you know how to monitor the status of your agents and better supervise phone activity. 🎉
