Clearing your Google Chrome cache

Support Home page > Help > Clearing your Google Chrome cache
The cache is a space on your hard drive where such data as images, usernames, and passwords collected during your online browsing 🗃️ are stored.
The cache makes browsing the internet faster and easier. ⏱

Sometimes, however, certain obsolete website data stored in your cache can cause display or connection problems. 🌐
It's therefore necessary and useful to "clear" your browser's cache 🗑️ from time to time.

💻 To do this, open Google Chrome on your computer.

At the top right, click on the icon consisting of three small dots and select "More tools," then "Clear browsing data".

At the top, choose a time range. 📅 To delete everything, select "All time".

Check the boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," then click "Clear data" ✅.

Your browser cache is now cleared! 🎉
