collaborative texting” 💬 allows you to provide multiple users with a common mobile number!
You will be able to set up a
customer service by SMS and your teams can therefore be more reactive to ensure better follow-up 🤝 with your clients.
When a text message comes in 📩, all team members to whom you have granted rights will be able to
read the message and respond.

First verify that you have at least
one mobile number available on

assign this number to one of your IVRs:

IVR configuration 🖊️, you can add users and groups under the “SMS settings” section:
By clicking on the “bubble” icon above, you can allow users and/or groups to
send text messages. If the icon is grey ❌, they will only be able to read text messages:
