Customizing your job title

The functionality of customizing your job name on Ringover is very useful for large companies with many employees. It allows you to know which position each of them holds. Handy, to identify each colleague, especially when you don't interact with them often.

💻 Go to your settings by clicking on your avatar at the top right of your interface, then select "Settings".

Under "Global account settings," click "Edit" next to your personal information. Enter your job in the "Job title" field and then click "Submit 🖊️ :



Once you've customized your job name, your co-workers will be able to reach you by typing your job name into their dialer!
