Creating an IVR with call forwarding to a receptionnist

Step 1: Create an IVR


💻 Go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/ivrs and click on “Create an IVR.”

Give your IVR a name and select “Open” to access scenario modification 🖊️:




Step 2: Set up forwarding to a receptionnist


⚠️ You will need a Power account to access this feature.

If you wish to have your calls redirected to a receptionnist, choose “A receptionnist” from the blue drop-down menu:




Step 3: Select the user to whom the call will be redirected


Click on “Add a user,” select the user 👨‍💼 to whom the call will be redirected from the drop-down menu, then click “Add this user”:



Lastly, don’t forget to save your IVR! 👌
