[Dashboard] Activating conversation recording for your IVR

In order to improve follow-up with your clients and train your teams, conversation recording can be a valuable asset! Here’s how to use it. 😉

💻 Go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/ivrs.

Select the IVR for which you wish to record conversations ⏺ and activate the “Conversation recording” option 💬 with the slider at the top right:

Step 2: Listen to your recordings


To listen to your recordings 🎧, go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/logs.

On each line where the name of your IVR appears, click on the play button ▶️:

Now you’re ready to start recording conversations on your IVR! 👌
