💻 Go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/ivrs.

Click on the user 👨‍💼 for whom you wish to record conversations 🎙️.

Under the “User permissions” section, move the slider for “Conversation recording” to green 🖊️:

💡 You can also announce to callers that the conversation is being recorded.


Step 2: Listen to the recordings


To play back recordings 🎧, go to https://myringover.com/call-logs.

For each call, you’ll now be able to hear the recording by clicking on the play button ▶️:
