Your customers can't hear you very well

If you notice that some customers can't hear you well at the beginning of a call, please change the sound settings as here :


In the Communications tab, choose "Do nothing"

Then on the "Recording" tab, go to the microphone properties

In the "Advanced" tab of the microphone properties, uncheck the 2 checkboxes
In the "Levels" tab, set up the cursor at 100
