My phone calls are choppy

With RingOver being a VoIP telecom solution, your internet connection must be consistently stable in order for the quality of your calls to be optimal.

If you experience choppiness during your conversations, make sure to check the following:

-Be sure not to have too many Chrome tabs open, since Chrome is using too much of your computer’s RAM can cause issues.
-If you are connected to wifi, make sure that you are not too far from the hotspot, and that the terminal is correctly configured and not overloaded. You would ideally be connected via cable network if possible.
