Apply QoS on Windows

Enable QoS in registry


Right click on the start menu and "Run", then type "regedit" and "OK"

Navigate until the following key (create it if it does not exist) : Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\QoS
Right click "New", "String Value" and type "Do not use NLA" with value "1"
You should obtain this:


Create the QoS policy


Right clic on the start menu and "Run" then type "gpedit.msc" and "OK"

Navigate until "Computer configurationr>Windows Settings>Policy-based QoS":

Right-click "New Strategy"
Give it a name, for example Ringover-Range1 and enter "46" as DSCP value :

Leave "All applications" by default :"

Enter the range 185.63.92.0/24 in the "Destination" :

Choose "TCP and UDP"

Repeat the process for ranges 185.63.93.0/24 and 185.63.94.0/24
You should obtain this :


A computer restart is required to apply these changes.
