With the portability option, keep your current landline or mobile number for your RingOver account.

Before creating your account and choosing a number, contact our customer service directly at support@ringover.com or at one of these numbers:

We’ll then explain the documentation you’ll need to send us: the portability request, your most recent phone bill and proof of identity. Upon reception of the required documents, your number will be ported to your RingOver account in 10 to 30 days, depending on the country.
