In RingOver, each user has at least one phone number assigned to his account.
As in an IVR configuration, you have the opportunity to customise the preanswer, the waiting sound or the music on hold.
To do it, go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/users
and click on the user you want to configure then scroll down until :
- The "waiting sound" replace the sound of the dialing tone
- The "pranswer" is launched before the sound of dialing tone
- The "music on hold" is lauched when you transfer a call and the caller is put on hold.
