Creating a phone system



To create a phone system, go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/ivrs and click “Create a phone system”

Give your phone system a name

Then click “Modify”


Buy credits


You have the possibility of forwarding your calls to an external call centre. For this, you’ll need credits. Forwarding will then be billed at €0.03/mn, deducted directly from your credits. If you already have credits, continue to the next step. If you do not yet have any and would like to buy some, go to
https://dashboard.ringover.com/billing

Configure forwarding to an external call centre


Click on the blue drop-down menu and select “to an external call centre”:

Then click “Add”

Enter the phone number and click “Add this number”:

Finally, save the changes to your phone system:
