Activating conversation recording for your phone system
In order to improve follow-up with your clients and train your teams, conversation recording is an extremely useful tool that you’ll no longer want to do without!
To activate, go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/ivrs
and click on your IVR.
At the top right of the page, you have the “Conversation recording” option:
Click on the cursor so that it changes to green:
Then click “Record your phone system”
Listen to recordings
To listen to these recordings, go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/logs
On each line where the name of your phone system appears, click the play icon:
