Activate conversation recording for a user

In order to improve follow-up with your clients and train your teams, conversation recording is an extremely useful tool that you’ll no longer want to do without!
To activate for a user, go to and click on the user account.

Then, in the “User permissions” section, you’ll see the “Conversation recording”

Click on the cursor so that it changes to green:

To listen to these recordings, connect to the user account at
Now, for each call, just click the play icon:
